We are excited to announce that registration for the 2025 Summer Swim Team is now open for the upcoming season.
We invite all swimmers—whether experienced or new to the sport—to join us for a fun and rewarding experience. Our team offers a supportive environment where swimmers of all levels can improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy friendly competition.

Key Registration Information:
- Registration Process: This year, all registration will be done directly through Swimmingly online portal, which means you no longer need to register separately outside of the platform. Attached is an FAQ document with all the details pertaining to registration this year.
- Swimsuit Ordering Deadline: April 12-19, 2025
- Swimsuit Fitting: April 12th 8:30-11am @pool
- Registration Deadline: May 1, 2025
- Season Start Date: week of May 19, 2025 TBD – evening practices pending pool status
- Age Group(s): 18 years and under
- Practice Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am (11&up), 9:30am (7/8 & 9/10yrs), 10:30-11 (6&under)
- Fees: $200
A note from our new head coach, Kaitlin Keltner:
Hey Warriors!
Born and raised in St. Louis, I developed a passion for swimming at an early age, starting in my local summer league at six years old. I joined a club team in fifth grade, competing at both regional and national levels. I continued my swimming career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, specializing in butterfly and long-distance freestyle. During my undergraduate summers, I coached for a St. Louis summer league, sharing my love for the sport with younger swimmers.
After moving to Nashville in 2019, I spent the last decade in corporate America, working with industry leaders like Walmart, Amazon, and Tractor Supply.
In November 2024, I moved to the Indian Lake Peninsula, where I enjoy life with my husband and two dogs.
I can’t wait to meet you all and look forward to a great 2025 season!
